Yogurt to get rid of dandruff

Yoghurt contains anti-fungal properties that help to fight against dandruff. You can take a cup of yoghurt, stir it very well to get rid of the lumps then apply it on your scalp and leave it on for 40 minutes before rinsing it.This is a perfect home remedy to get rid of dandruffs.  

Yoghurt to tame hair frizzy

 Hair frizz is a common by many especially during summer. The use of yoghurt helps to soften it. Take about three spoons of yoghurt, two spoons of coconut oil and four spoons of aloe-Vera gel. Apply this mixture, then allow it to dry for about 30 minutes. After that, wash it with lukewarm water and mild shampoo.

Yoghurt to add shine to dull and dry hair

Do you need a different kind of glow in your hair? Then you should adopt the use of yoghurt. Yoghurt is an effective remedy that adds shine to dry and dull hair. Take half cup of yoghurt, two spoons of almond oil and two beaten eggs. Apply this paste on your scalp then cover your head with shower cap. After 30 minutes you wash your hair with shampoo.

Yoghurt to reduce hair fall

The use of yoghurt on your hair can help to reduce hair loss and hair fall. Mix the yoghurt and ground methi seeds together then apply it regularly on your scalp. Leave it for 45 minutes before washing it off. It will help to reduce the rate of hair fall.

DIY Deep Conditioning Yoghurt Hair Mask.

  INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all of the ingredients together.
  • Work the mask onto your hair, from the scalp to the ends.
  • Give your scalp a good massage – you want the mask to cover your scalp.
  • Leave the mask on for 15 -20 minutes.
  • Wash as normal, but really well! If you use conditioner, just a small amount on the ends will do.
  • Do this treatment once a week to restore and maintain your hair.
